To achieve superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Beverage Delivery Assistant distributes and sells products on assigned routes through building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, by adhering to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards, the Route Sales Driver ensures product availability at accounts by keeping beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors properly filled.
The key obligations and responsibilities that an employee must fulfill to meet the organizational requirements are essential duties
- Amplify the volume of sales in the specified accounts by promoting products, organizing distribution patterns, establishing displays and crafting marketing campaigns.
- On a daily basis, deliveries are made and products are sold to assigned accounts.
- Merchandise all accounts with strict adherence to the CCBCHC standards.
- Transport Point of Sale advertising as needed to accounts, and make any necessary adjustments.
- Keep an accurate record of product inventory, cash flow, and asset balances on a daily basis.
- Timely and accurate invoicing for the purpose of collecting all due payments.
- Strengthen ties with account personnel and offer top-notch customer support to all accounts by means of frequent communication, quick resolution of issues, and effective follow-up.
- Ensure that all CCBCHC products and tools are visually appealing in the locations they are assigned to.
- Manage the clutter and maintain efficient organizational practices in the rear room while handling trade breakage for allocated accounts.
- Verify that the vehicle and its cargo meet the CCBCHC safety requirements by conducting thorough checks.
- Ensure that every account meets CCBCHC's quality assurance benchmarks.
- Maintaining a hazard-free workspace is necessary for worker well-being.
- Build positive and congenial relationships with team members and clients.
- Take note of the products, advertising campaigns, and sales performance of your competition.
- One must abide by, conform to, and bolster all regulations, policies, processes, and operational protocols.
- To build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues, it is essential to meet commitments in a timely manner.

- Capability to handle a handcart with either two or four wheels.
- Capability in operating a diverse range of heavy-duty power trucks.
- Within three months of initiating the job, candidates must be eligible to secure a Class A CDL.
