Full-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) – Chicago Heights, IL | 2026–2027 School Year

Responsibilities
•
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
•
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
•
Provide direct physical therapy services to students
•
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
•
Support students with mobility, motor development, and functional independence
Qualifications
•
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
•
Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
•
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
•
Strong communication and collaboration skills
