Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing
Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure
Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters
Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel
Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
