Assembler 3\nLocation: Tualatin, Oregon (Onsite)\n \nRole Overview\nThis position involves navigating computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware. The work is performed using hand tools and fixtures as needed on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) within a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment.\n \nKey Responsibilities\nUse hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble WFE.Read and navigate work instructions and schematics.Work collaboratively in teams to maintain workflow and production schedules.Provide flexibility for changing priorities, including rework and pilot build projects.Verify correct parts delivery and perform visual inspection of components prior to installation.Assist with audits through visual inspection and checklist verification.Close assigned tasks by verifying work completion and signing off with a description of the work performed.Install parts and hardware correctly by following instructions and using tools and fixtures as needed.\nSafety Protocol\nComplete all required safety training.Follow safe work practices, including lifting no more than 35 pounds and using ergonomic pads.Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines, such as utilizing appropriate PPE and following clean-room procedures.Comply with Lockout Tagout policies.Use fixtures like hoists and cranes for assembly.Perform Risk Management By Walking Around (RMBWA) to document, correct, or escalate safety hazards.Support a safe work environment by responding to and escalating unresolved safety issues.\nCommunication\nDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in English.Respond promptly to supervisors and co-workers.Actively participate in meetings and training.Identify and communicate production issues clearly.Suggest continuous improvements verbally or in writing.Communicate system status during shift pass-down.\nPhysical Requirements\nWork 12+ hour shifts in a time-sensitive environment.Lift and install parts up to 35 pounds manually.Perform tasks at a working height of 22 inches from the ground.Frequently kneel, crouch, and squat.Use manual tools, such as a box wrench and cable tie cutters.Reach into machines constantly.\nWork Schedule\nDay and night shift schedules are offered, requiring flexibility with availability.
