Stand Up Forklift Operator

Shift: 1st

Hours 6am - 2:30pm

Pay: $14.00 + .45 cents once Forklift Certified

• $2.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus

Location: Akron

Job Responsibilities:

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Utilize RF Scanner for tracking

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent experience operating a Stand Up Forklift
• Ability to use an RF Scanner for picking orders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent attendance record
