As the first face and voice our visitors encounter, you set the tone for the entire company experience. This isn't just a receptionist role; it’s a vital position where your warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism keep our front lobby running seamlessly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Ultimate Greeter: Warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and partners as they arrive in the building, ensuring a stellar first impression.
  • Visitor Management & Security: Facilitate connecting guests with the correct team members, print visitor badges, and verify that all necessary forms are completed before entry.
  • Communication Hub: Professionally answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Lobby Upkeep: Take pride in your workspace by ensuring the front lobby remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Put your organizational skills to work by assisting various departments with basic administrative tasks and projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Professional & Polished: You project a high level of professionalism in both your appearance and communication style.
  • Tech-Savvy Basics: Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling visitor paperwork and compliance.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and poise.
  • Reliable & Proactive: A self-starter who takes ownership of the lobby experience and loves to help out where needed.
