Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Patient Services Coordinator to assist a busy specialty healthcare practice on a temporary basis.

The Patient Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a specialty healthcare practice.

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay $18 - $23/hour DOE

Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referral and authorization processing, collection of patient payments, maintenance of accurate medical records, and coordination of patient flow. This role ensures compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards, maintains organized office operations and supplies, supports communication between patients and clinical staff, and contributes to an efficient, professional, and patient-centered environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support practice operations and quality patient care.
