We are seeking an Enterprise Communications Specialist to plan, manage, and implement a variety of employee-facing and internal communications products and platforms to connect, inform, and inspire every employee at GRVTY. Reporting to the senior manager, strategic marketing, this role is dedicated exclusively to internal and enterprise communications — it does not encompass external marketing, public relations, or media relations functions. You’re equal parts creator and project manager

Employee Messaging : Plan, write, and manage enterprise internal communications

Own and manage our company intranet, including content strategy, publishing cadence, governance, and ongoing platform improvements.

Create and manage multimedia internal content including articles, presentations, graphics, videos, and event communications

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a dedicated internal or enterprise communications role — not a generalist marketing or external communications role

Experience developing communications strategies in fast-paced national security, defense, or government contracting environments where organizational priorities, customer needs, and mission requirements evolve rapidly.

Familiarity with the culture, workforce, and communication challenges of defense, intelligence, and technology organizations, including supporting geographically dispersed teams, cleared personnel, and highly specialized technical communities.

Exceptional writing, editing, and project management

Experience supporting executive communications and change management initiatives

Strong Microsoft 365 skills

Experience translating technical or operational information into accessible communications

Demonstrated experience using AI platforms and tools (such as generative AI writing, content, or productivity assistants) to enhance communications quality, efficiency, and impact

A portfolio or work samples demonstrating internal communications writing, executive messaging, or campaign work is required as part of the application
