Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with plans to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Must achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaborative relationships with healthcare teams.

Strong organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail, especially in maintaining quality control and documentation.
