Lead CNC Programmer

Our client in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer

• Machinist that will maximize the capabilities of our CNC lathes through high level programming and setup.
• Utilize Esprit or Mastercam software to program our CNC lathes to meet our customer's part specifications.
• Set-up CNC lathes in a manner which enables the machine to produce precision parts consistently.
• Keep CNC lathes running optimally.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience programming and setting up CNC lathes.
• Proficiency with Esprit CAM software (or similar CNC programming platforms).
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
