Duties

• Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, loaders, etc. with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and set up concrete forms, install rebar reinforcement, and perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve high-quality surfaces
• Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like form setting and finishing projects.

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of heavy equipment operation and general construction practices.
• Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, pouring, pumping, finishing techniques including troweling and surface smoothing
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in tasks such as rebar installation.
• Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools (drills, saws) for diverse construction applications
• Valid Class C Driver's License for Construction Foremen.
