Commercial Appliance Technician
Shift/Hours: Mon–Fri: 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $42k - $55k annually (depending on experience level)
Location: Dayton, OH
Experience: 2+ years of maintenance/repair experience preferred, along with a technical/mechanical aptitude

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an In-Home Appliance Service Specialists. We provide high-quality, timely repairs for major home appliances while delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you are an experienced tech or someone with a strong mechanical aptitude looking to learn a new trade, we offer the training and tools necessary for a successful career.
Appliance Service Technician Core Responsibilities
- Perform in-home repairs on major appliances, including washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, disposers, and compactors.
- Provide expert technical service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a daily route efficiently using provided mapping and communication devices.
- Commit to continuous education to keep pace with industry and technology changes.
Appliance Service Technician Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Driving: Exceptional driving record.
- Technical: Strong technical aptitude or a deep desire to learn the trade.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain a CFC Certification (Refrigerant Recovery License).
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and occasionally maneuver up to 250 lbs.
- Tools/Tech: Basic internet/computer skills and possession of general hand tools.
