Physical Therapist
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Pay Rate:$1,800 To $1,908 /Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity at Castle Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in San Antonio, Texas. This role is ideal for a motivated therapist who is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance their quality of life in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to improve functional outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist License required.
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
