Honor Foods is looking for a finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and improving financial operations.

If you're experienced in vendor rebates, trade spend, customer incentives, buying groups, or financial program management, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

✔ Vendor rebate programs

✔ Customer incentive programs

✔ Buying Group GPO administration

✔ Revenue recovery

✔ Financial reporting reconciliations

✔ Vendor claims customer payouts

✔ Process improvement automation

✔ Leadership of the Rebate Data Control teams

You'll Be Successful If You Have

5+ years in rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations

Leadership experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP

ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)

Advanced Excel skills

A passion for improving processes and solving problems
