Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Fitness Realty will guide clients through every step of the home buying and selling process, from initial consultation to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, preparing and presenting listings, showing properties, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies. The agent will draft and review offers, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate transactions. Daily activities also include maintaining an organized CRM, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This is a remote role, requiring reliable digital communication, self-management, and consistent collaboration with the broader Fitness Realty team.

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate License and practical experience in residential Real Estate or a strong interest and willingness to develop expertise in the field.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify client needs, present options clearly, and support clients in making informed decisions.
  • Customer Service and client relationship skills, with a commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Knowledge of Real Property principles, contracts, and basic real estate regulations, or the ability to learn and apply them quickly.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, email, and document management).
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
