The Mobile Building Engineer I I within Corporate Advisory Solutions provides comprehensive maintenance and operational services across multiple properties with an emphasis on troubleshooting and ensuring efficient building operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing; develop advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties.

Maintain records of inspections and work orders for each site.

Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior M obile Maintenance Te chnicians while assisting with training initiatives to improve team performance.

Partner with property managers, contractors, and vendors across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations and resolve tenant issues .

Perform inspections across multiple properties to ensure compliance and optimal performance, coordinating contractor activities across sites and reporting issues.

Follow safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks ; e nforce compliance with safety standards across all managed properties ; maintain safety logs for each building under management.

Communicate verbally and in writing with teammates, leadership team, vendors, tenants, and client employees in a professional manner, keeping the appropriate customer(s) informed/updated as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

HS Diploma or GED required

Three to five years of job related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience

CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain as requested; possess engineering and trade licenses required according to local, state, or national requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record with the ability to adhere to Use of Company Vehicle policy/procedures.

Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work order and facility operation systems as well as basic skills with Microsoft Outlook

Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures

Proven track record for delivering excellent internal and external customer service; ability to successfully interact/communicate with tenants/vendors/contractors as well as teammates and leadership team

Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements

Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations as necessary to meet the needs of the client

Possess competent knowledge of use and care of tools

Ability to read and write English in order to understand manuals and procedures, and to write reports.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds ; p erform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling .
