Role Description This part-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a combination of in-person client meetings, property visits, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The agent will draft and review contracts and related documents under brokerage guidelines, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and communicate regularly with lenders, inspectors, and other parties to support smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in brokerage systems, attending team meetings or trainings, and staying current on local market trends, and comparable sales.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Pennsylvania, with knowledge of Real Estate principles and local regulations.
- Proven Sales and Real Property experience, including handling listings, offers, and negotiations.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen effectively, and communicate clearly with a diverse range of clients.
- Familiarity with real estate technology platforms (MLS, CRM tools, Loopnet/Costar, management software, e-signature software) and basic proficiency with standard office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with fair housing and ethical standards.
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the Pittsburgh area and willingness to work some evenings and weekends as client needs require.
- Prior experience in residential real estate or related sales roles is preferred but not required; mentorship or training may be available for motivated candidates.
