Position: Technical Customer Service Representative
Location: Morton Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Technical Customer Service Representative to join a leading industrial manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting technical products, managing customer orders, and working within ERP or CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain customer records and order databases
Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service
Utilize ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience supporting technical products or B2B customers preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
ERP/CRM experience required (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
