Accounting Operations Specialist

Owning the monthly financial operations workflow, the full-time hybrid Accounting Operations Specialist will manage invoicing, revenue projections, and budget analysis while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key responsibilities Manage monthly intercompany invoicing and revenue projections across all brands Conduct monthly budget analysis reviews and prepare commission reports Oversee quarterly EU VAT reporting and maintain vendor relationships Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements and reports Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets Experience with QuickBooks Online/desktop Familiarity with AI tools for data tasks, such as Claude or ChatGPT
