Quality Pro Services is expanding our HVAC Referral Partner Program and is looking for motivated individuals with strong local networks. This opportunity is ideal for former Comfort Advisors, HVAC technicians, Realtors, insurance agents, property managers, maintenance professionals, home service sales representatives, and anyone with connections to homeowners.

There are no set hours, no required meetings, and no territories. Simply identify homeowners who may benefit from a new heating and cooling system, make the introduction, and earn substantial commissions when the installation is completed.

What You'll Do

• Identify homeowners who may need HVAC replacement.
• Refer friends, family members, neighbors, former customers, coworkers, property owners, Realtors, or business contacts.
• Introduce the homeowner to Quality Pro Services.
• Stay involved in the process as little or as much as you'd like.
• Earn commissions on completed installations.

Compensation

Completed Installation Value: $9,500 - $10,500

• 4% Commission when a Quality Pro Services Comfort Advisor conducts the in-home consultation and closes the sale.
• 6% Commission when an in-home Comfort Advisor is not required.

Completed Installation Value: $11,000 - $12,500

• 6% Commission when a Quality Pro Services Comfort Advisor conducts the in-home consultation and closes the sale.
• 7% Commission when an in-home Comfort Advisor is not required.

Completed Installation Value: $12,500+

• 7% Commission when a Quality Pro Services Comfort Advisor conducts the in-home consultation and closes the sale.
• 8% Commission when an in-home Comfort Advisor is not required.

Examples

• $10,000 installation with company Comfort Advisor = $400 commission
• $10,000 installation without company Comfort Advisor = $600 commission
• $12,000 installation with company Comfort Advisor = $720 commission
• $12,000 installation without company Comfort Advisor = $840 commission
• $15,000 installation with company Comfort Advisor = $1,050 commission
• $15,000 installation without company Comfort Advisor = $1,200 commission

Wether you bring in one install lead or 10 this is a very simple way to leverage your connections and earn more all while providing a quality product to your connections.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
