Exact Staff is hiring for our client’s Sortation Center in Houston, TX. This is a newer, clean, and well-maintained gated facility offering a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Sortation Center Associate, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately sorted, staged, and prepared for timely delivery. Items arrive pre-packaged and ready for processing, making this a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort packages in a warehouse environment
• Organize boxed and bagged items for delivery routes
• Assist with various stages of the sortation process
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced operation
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Keep work areas organized and clean
• Support team goals and daily production targets

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or sorting experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and adjusted schedules during peak periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Houston, TX

Morning Shift

• Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• $17.75 per hour

Night Shift

• Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• 9:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• $19.25 per hour
