The Role

The Data Analyst supports the Clinical Operations Analytics team by producing clear analyses, dashboards, and reports that guide clinical and operational decisions. The role uses SQL and BI tools to explore datasets across claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR, Elevate, and other business systems, and derives insights for internal leaders and customer-facing reviews. The analyst also helps maintain accurate data models and monitors data quality across core reporting assets.

Collaborate with operational stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement) to clarify analytic needs and define requirements.

Build clear analyses, visuals, and dashboards using datasets such as claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and other internal tools.
