We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Administator to support the clinical and administrative operations of our surgical facility. This leadership-focused role is ideal for a nursing professional with strong surgical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and administrative experience.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related healthcare field
• Minimum of 3 years of surgical nursing experience
• Experience with healthcare accreditation and compliance standards, including:
• The Joint Commission
• AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care)
• Previous administrative or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Provide peri-operative care for patients
• Assist with accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance activities
• Coordinate staff education, training, and competency programs
• Participate in quality improvement and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administration to optimize patient outcomes
