The world doesn’t need a few giant media companies deciding which stories get told. It needs millions of voices who bring weird, wonderful stories to life online.
We’re working to help every creator earn a living.
Modash helps brands discover, partner with, and pay those creators.
In practice, that means helping brands find the right creators, understand their audiences, evaluate fit, and manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube without drowning in spreadsheets, guesswork, and manual work.
We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help us take that product further. We already have a strong team of around 20 engineers across four product teams, and we’re continuing to grow as we take on more ambitious problems.
What you’ll actually do
As a Senior Product Engineer at Modash, you’ll work closely with product and engineers to turn messy customer problems into simple, useful product experiences.
Depending on the team, you might work on:
Discovery: creator search that makes the product value obvious in the first session.
CRM: relationship management and outreach tools that make teams forget about existence of Google Sheets.
Campaigns: performance aggregation across millions of pieces of creator content, helping customers see what worked and what to do next.
Creator: affiliate management, attribution, and payouts that make Modash the easiest way for brands to pay creators.
The problems we work on will change. The need for strong sense of ownership will not.
You will be expected to:
Turn customer pain into product decisions. Understand what users are trying to do, where they get stuck, and what the simplest useful solution looks like.
Own work from problem to production. Shape the approach, build the solution, ship it, measure what happens, and improve it based on feedback.
Work across the stack and make tradeoffs clearly. Move between frontend, backend, infrastructure, data modeling, debugging, and handling product decisions depending on what the problem needs.
Raise the quality of decisions around you. Ask better questions, challenge weak assumptions, give useful feedback, and help the team keep momentum without waiting for perfect certainty.
