Senior Manual Machinist – Large Part Machining

Job Description:

• Read drawings to properly machine various materials and parts
• Communicate with the designated foreman to identify and resolve production issues
• Analyze and inspect machined parts to stop problems from presenting further in the production process
• Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner
• Take routine measurements to ensure adherence to drawing specifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to set-up and run various parts accurately and efficiently
• Intermediate to advanced mathematic skills and machining aptitude
• Familiarity with various lathes, knee mills, grinders, and other similar equipment
• Familiarity with single-point threading
• 5+ years experience as a manual machinist preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
