About Us
At Miracle-Ear New Mexico, we believe that hearing care sits in a unique space. It’s not purely medical, and it’s not purely retail—it’s a human service that lives at the intersection of science, compassion, and responsibility.
Every day, people walk through our doors in Hobbs struggling to stay connected to the world around them. Our philosophy is simple: We are in the business of restoring communication—not just between ears and sound, but between hearts, lives, and the world. As a locally owned AuralTec practice, we combine the personalized, compassionate care of a local clinic with the advanced technology and national support of Miracle-Ear.
The Opportunity
We are looking for one exceptional, locally-minded professional to be trained in our Hobbs clinic as a Hearing Healthcare Professional (HHP).
No prior experience in audiology or hearing aids is required. You will be fully trained and supported to earn your New Mexico state license to fit and dispense hearing aids. What we do require is exceptional character, a highly trainable mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others.
You will be joining our "Gold Standard" clinic. The Hobbs team is recognized company-wide for its operational excellence, high patient retention, and consistent growth. You will step into a professional, well-organized environment where you can build a stable, rewarding, and highly lucrative long-term career.
What You Will Do As an HHP, you will wear several hats at once:
The Clinician: Apply technical skill and precision to evaluate hearing loss, perform diagnostic testing, and program advanced medical devices.
The Counselor: Listen, educate, and guide patients through a life change that can be emotional and complex. The Advocate: Help families understand the importance of consistent use, aftercare, and follow-up.
The Professional: Conduct structured Hearing Aid Evaluations (HAEs) and make ethical, need-based recommendations that align with our patients' lifestyles and budgets.
