The Production Floor Associate is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that the finished items comply with the company's rigorous standards. • Skillfully operate and oversee the production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth functioning
• Combine products or elements with care and precision
• Inspect completed goods to validate their alignment with established benchmarks
• Ensure a safe and sanitary workplace by adhering to all safety regulations
• Coordinate efforts with colleagues to achieve production milestones and adhere to deadlines
