The Manager of Food Services is responsible for leadership, oversight, and coordination of nutrition and food service operations across multiple programs, including residential and outpatient settings. This role is responsible for menu planning, nutritional oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food service delivery across all sites. This position is responsible for the day-to-day performance of Cooks, including the guidance and coordination of their direct reports toward established goals and objectives. The Manager of Food Services ensures all food services are in compliance with Federal, State, local and USDA guidelines, and applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements as appropriate for programs.
