Client Accountant

Managing cash and accrual management functions, the full-time Client Accountant will perform full cycle accounting, prepare financial reporting packages, and ensure compliance with internal controls while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform full cycle accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations for multiple clients Prepare and assist with comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with client requirements and internal controls Research and analyze accounting issues while effectively communicating with clients and property management Required qualifications College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred Some experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience with accounting or database software packages preferred Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred Proficient in MS Office applications
