Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Part‑Time | $16/hr | Hilliard, OH

Bright Star Care is seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Hilliard, OH. This is a consistent part-time schedule with a supportive team environment.

Schedule

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Client Overview

• Client with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
• Occasional mood swings – requires patience and professionalism
• In‑home care setting

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care

Requirements

• Experience with TBI, behavioral care, or similar conditions preferred
• Ability to remain calm and supportive during mood changes
• Must stay engaged and attentive (no cellphone use during shifts)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication skills
