About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Brand & Print Production Designer to create visually impactful branding and print materials for storefronts, retail environments, and marketing campaigns.
This is not just a graphic design role.
You’ll own the creative and technical execution of physical brand assets—from concept to production—ensuring every design is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and print-ready.
You’ll work across:
Brand identity
Large-format signage
Retail graphics
Print production
Promotional collateral
Vendor coordination

What You’ll Own
Brand Identity & Visual Design
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across physical and promotional materials.
Create visually compelling designs aligned with brand standards.
Design custom illustrations, icons, and supporting graphic assets.
Maintain consistency in:
Typography
Color palettes
Layouts
Visual hierarchy
Translate creative direction into production-ready deliverables.
Print Design & Production
Design large-format graphics including:
Storefront window graphics
Signage
Decals
Banners
Environmental graphics
Create print-ready assets such as:
Flyers
Brochures
Postcards
Menus
Packaging
Stickers
Promotional materials
Prepare production files with:
Bleeds
Margins
CMYK color profiles
Printer specifications
Review proofs and resolve production or formatting issues.
Coordinate directly with print vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality output.
Project Coordination & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on creative initiatives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback efficiently.
Maintain organized project files and production documentation.
Ensure projects move smoothly from concept through final production.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Branding
Print production
Large-format design
Retail or environmental graphics
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency with:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Strong understanding of:
Print production workflows
Print-ready file preparation
Large-format printing
Color management
Experience coordinating with printers and production vendors.
Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
Illustration skills.
Basic video editing capabilities.
Experience working in retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
Comfortable using remote collaboration and project management tools.
Nice to Have
Experience producing short-form promotional videos.
