Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled, experienced all-around carpenter and construction tradesman to join our team. This is NOT an entry-level position. You must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. If you need to be taught the basics, this is not the right fit. If you're a seasoned tradesman who takes pride in your work and shows up every day ready to go — we want to talk.

Responsibilities

• Window and door installation (residential and commercial)
• Window caulking and weatherproofing
• Wall framing and structural rough-in
• Trim carpentry and finish work
• Drywall installation and patching
• Cabinet and millwork installation
• General build-out and commercial tenant improvement work
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on carpentry and construction experience — no exceptions
• Proven experience with window and door installs, framing, trim, and general build-out
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant direction
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various conditions
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
• Valid ID required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.50 per hour
