Floor Supervisor Home Cafe

Provides hands-on supervision of restaurant operations during scheduled shift and support staff as a working supervisor in all positions, including bus persons, wait persons, hosts/hostesses, breakers, dishwashers, cooks, and prep cooks. Manages restaurant operations to ensure quality services to guests and employees. Establishes and maintains restaurant programs in compliance with safety standards, health standards and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and internal policies and procedures.
