Job Description:
Starbucks is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support daily store operations while delivering exceptional service to every customer. This role involves preparing beverages, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced café setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and card systems.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to meet customer needs.
- Handle food items while following proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies as needed during shifts.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
