Rochester Home Management is a well-established and rapidly expanding renovation and professional handyman service business that has been serving the Rochester community for over 5 years and is hiring an experienced service technician with construction and remodeling experience.

We are looking for a candidate with 1) multiple years of residential experience producing high quality work 2) problem solving and project management skills and 3) a positive attitude, strong work ethic and customer service mentality 4) is an A player looking for personal growth and development.

Additional Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A true A player
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
  • Experience in installing doors (interior and exterior), windows, baseboards, crown molding, soffits, exterior trim and siding, decks and railings is a must
  • Experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations is a plus
  • Painting/drywall, flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical and roofing are a plus
  • Knowledge on how to use hand tools and power tools
  • A true self starter and individual contributor. You will be expected to complete jobs and satisfy customers’ needs independently with appropriate guidance
  • Effective problem solving skills is a must with the ability to think through all the steps of a multi-part job and efficiently manage large renovation projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the office
  • Will be expected to work at multiple job sites and do inside and outside work
  • Must be able to climb a ladder and ability to lift up to 80 Ibs at times
  • Clean driver's license

  • Decks and porches
  • Exterior repairs
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Floorplan layout modifications
  • Finishing /converting living spaces

Pay and bonus structure will be discussed upon interviewing, along with paid vacation, holidays, personal days, insurance and other company benefits. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
