Available Shifts

AM Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

PM Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Training Schedule:

All new hires will complete approximately two weeks of paid training on a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in preparing vehicles for deployment by installing and validating advanced hardware systems. You'll follow standardized procedures and engineering specifications to ensure every installation meets quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Execute detailed installation procedures and technical work instructions on assigned vehicles.

Mount, align, and secure hardware components according to engineering specifications.

Route wiring harnesses and connect electrical components while maintaining proper cable management practices.

Perform system power-up procedures and validate hardware functionality.

Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the installation process.

Document completed work accurately and report issues, defects, or process concerns to supervisors and engineering teams.

Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows with precision.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in hardware assembly, mechanical assembly, equipment installation, automotive work, manufacturing, or a related hands-on technical field.

Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around vehicles throughout the workday.

Preferred Experience

Automotive installation or technician experience.

Electrical wiring or harness routing experience.

Manufacturing or production environment experience.

Engineering technician or mechanical assembly experience.
