Arizona Licensed IT Project Manager

Leading high-impact technology projects, the full-time Arizona Licensed IT Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of critical solutions that enhance APS systems and services. Key responsibilities Lead large IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment and results Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project progress and address challenges Develop and maintain comprehensive execution plans that balance scope, schedule, cost, and risk Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field At least twelve years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including software applications, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required Proven experience in developing and updating project plans for IT projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams
