As a Restaurant Server you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for hospitality.
Be a Friendly Face – arriving at work on time to get the restaurant/lounge/cafe set up and ready to open, keeping the area clean and attractive throughout the meal period, and performing closing cleanup duties (floors, tables, buffet, sidework).
Be a Host as well as a Server – pouring water, upselling food & beverage, offering helpful suggestions, answering questions, remembering names or favorite choices, offering a friendly smile.
Be a Food Professional – understand the menu and provide prompt, excellent service, handle cash/credit accurately and timely.
Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow safety and security policies & procedures, anticipate problems, and call management as needed.
Job Requirements
A high school education or equivalent preferred and at least one year of progressive experience in food & beverage required, as well as a ServSafe or Tips certification. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently, bend, stretch, twist, reach, stand and walk for long periods, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Must possess fluency in English, work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, and be able to multi-task regularly.
Rate
10.50 per hour plus tips
