Arrow Staffing is seeking experienced Stand‑Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Forklift Operators for a busy distribution warehouse in Fontana, CA. This is a long‑term, temp‑to‑hire opportunity offering steady hours, weekly pay, and growth potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand‑up reach, cherry pickers, and turret forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick and pull orders using RF scanners and pick lists
• Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent stand‑up reach, cherry picker, or turret forklift experience
• Experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Forklift certification a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
