Customer Service Representative – Louisville, KY

The Estimator shall use a team approach to prepare cost estimates concerned with the construction and maintenance of facilities in regard to division 8.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Consult with clients, vendors, team members, and coworkers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Confer with contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates for purposes of planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
• Enter data into estimating software to aid in organizing and understanding costs.
• Review data to develop and establish cost data or to effect cost reduction.
• Being neat and organized will help maintain accuracy and quality.
• Must possess a strong memory retention and attention to detail.
• Follow through with commitments.
• Communication is key in this role, both with internal and external customers.
