Job Summary:
An Interventional Technologist position is available in Reno, Nevada. This role involves providing advanced imaging services in a fast-paced, Level II trauma center environment. Candidates are required to bring their licensed certification on the first day. The position offers a 10-week contract with variable days and hours, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and call shifts as needed.
Job Details:
- Location: Reno, Nevada
- Shift: 40 hours per week, 4 days of 10 hours each, Monday through Saturday, variable days, 0700-1730
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Radiologic Technologist (R.T. (R)), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), and State of Nevada Radiation Control Program License. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference given to those with Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI). Valid licensure must be present on the first day of assignment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiovascular, cardiac, or vascular interventional radiography.
- Schedule: 40 hours weekly, 4x10 shift schedule, Monday-Saturday, variable days, 0700-1730.
- Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to accommodate organizational needs up to their competency level. Work may include major holidays and an additional shift during the schedule period. The facility reserves the right to call off shifts with 48 hours' notice, with shifts potentially being full or partial depending on census and department needs.
