If you’re a Loan Officer in the OKC area (or a killer sales professional looking to break into the industry), you already know the biggest bottleneck to making money: paperwork, lack of mentorship, and clunky operations.

At Mosaic Mortgage Team, we’ve spent years intentionally building a brokerage designed to solve exactly that. Our focus is on creating an environment where LOs actually have the tools, stability, and back-office freedom to thrive. Right now, our team of 7 is looking to bring on a few more ambitious people—both seasoned pros and hungry newcomers.

Here is the honest breakdown of what we’re offering and why our setup is different:

1. A backend support team that actually supports you. We have 4 licensed LOs and 3 dedicated staff members, including an in-house processor, a Loan Officer Assistant, and a full-time Production Manager. Our PM’s entire job is to help you generate business and keep your pipeline moving flawlessly. You focus on relationships; we handle the heavy lifting.

2. A safety net with massive upside. This is a 100% commission role, but we provide health care benefits and a small draw to help you transition or manage pipeline gaps.

3. If the loan exists, we can do it. We handle residential lending and specialize in a wide range of products—including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and investment property financing. You’ll never have to turn a client away because a product isn't available.

4. Hybrid flexibility. We start as a hybrid setup in Oklahoma City so you can get plugged into the team culture and learn our systems. Once you’re confident and hitting your stride, you can transition to fully remote.

What you will do daily:

  • Drive Business Development: Actively build referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners to generate business.
  • Consult & Guide: Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs, explain loan options, and walk them seamlessly from initial consultation through closing.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Collect and review financial documentation, collaborate with our processing and underwriting teams, and ensure files meet regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is a must. If you have your NMLS, great. If you are an entry-level candidate with a killer sales background and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), we will train you on the mortgage side.

  • Personality: You genuinely love talking to people, building relationships, and chasing business development.
  • Skills: High problem-solving skills and serious attention to detail. In this market, you need strong analytical skills to find creative ways to structure deals and handle complex financial documents.
  • Licensing: Ability to meet licensing requirements and maintain active NMLS registration.
  • If you’re self-motivated and want to grow with the backing of an established brokerage and a powerhouse support staff, let’s talk.
