Leading a team of Regional Account Managers, the full-time Area Sales Manager will drive territory growth and achieve regional sales targets while working remotely across the Western U.S. Key responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while managing a team of up to 10 Regional Account Managers Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and prepare members for advancement Identify regional trends and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the National Sales Plan and organizational strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required Proven experience in outside sales and client engagement, including delivering presentations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and plan field visits effectively Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, able to partner effectively with inside sales and leadership Proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
