Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media and online platforms
• Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property details in compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Stay informed about local market trends, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements to ensure ethical practices
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ability to get licensed as a Realtor. Join local Realtor association.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $112,467.49 per year
