Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
- Experience with pediatric populations in school settings, from Pre-K to grade 12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort designing age-appropriate interventions for early childhood through adolescent students
- Ability to manage caseloads including screenings, assessments, and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Support students communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
- Monitor, document, and communicate student growth and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful goals
