Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant

Seeking a dependable and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to terminally ill patients in home, assisted living, or inpatient settings. Key duties include assisting with hygiene, grooming, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping; observing and reporting patient condition changes; offering emotional support to patients and families; maintaining accurate documentation; participating in team meetings and quality improvement; and practicing infection control and safety protocols.
