Assistant Manager of Leasing

The Assistant Manager of Leasing is responsible for the full leasing cycle, resident retention, and day-to-day operational support of the leasing office. This role works directly with the Community Manager and the Outreach and Digital Marketing Manager to maintain occupancy, execute leasing and renewals, monitor market performance, and uphold leasing standards across all platforms and tools. #WeAreCardinal
