Description - Your Role in This Journey
- Execute both routine and intricate laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-in alignment with established protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain the calibration and performance of lab equipment.
- Assist in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples meticulously for testing.
- Thoroughly document all processes, mentor newcomers, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
- Uphold a tidy, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory guidelines and accreditation requirements.
Education • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, accompanied by eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
