Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students across California during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to support students in a school-based setting while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Assignments will be matched based on district needs, clinician experience, and overall fit to promote successful outcomes for both students and school staff. Compensation for this position can range from $55-$65+ an hour.

Caseload Details

Services provided to K–12 students

Specific caseloads and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process

Caseload size and student needs may vary by grade level and district placement

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active California Speech-Language Pathology license

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology licensure or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start of employment

Prior school-based experience preferred

Teletherapy or virtual service experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual evaluations, screenings, and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP, eligibility, and team meetings

Screening & Credentialing Requirements

Completion of all district onboarding and credentialing requirements

Successful background check and fingerprint clearance, as required by state and district policies

Participation in an internal eligibility interview
