Overview Onsite in Clayton, MO; Hybrid conversion (Onsite | Conversion Hybrid). 6 months contract with potential conversion.

About the role As a Corporate Support Assistant, you will support the fulfillment of research, client estimates, and orders for corporate document retrievals and filings within the corporate and registered agent industry. You will work with other team members or teams within the department to complete project requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Some limited direct client interactions may occur via written and verbal communication. To succeed, the Corporate Support Assistant should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and professional levels of customer service and communication. This entry-level role is suitable for those looking to start and grow in the customer service segment for corporate and registered agent services.

Responsibilities Provide direct support and collaboration with other corporate team members or across departments.

Respond to and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues, and concerns via phone and email.

Efficiently manage the order process alongside other corporate team members, from initial request through processing, follow-up investigations, and order fulfillment.

Obtain certificates of status with state and revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring-down reports, file and track name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents.

Prepare, review, and file corporate filings including articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports.

Assist with answering phone calls and routing to the appropriate department.

Other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of general corporate services or willingness to learn.

Educational Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of experience in corporate services/registered agent industry.
